Terms of service

These Terms apply to all customers who shop with kimonodatta. (the "Service") on kimonodatta.com (the "Site").

Article 1 (Scope and Changes)

These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

The Service may add to or change these Terms without the prior consent of users by notifying users by email or by any other method the Service deems appropriate.

Article 2 (Use of the Service)

A sales contract between you and the Service is formed when you complete the ordering procedure on the Service.

Article 3 (Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations)

As a rule, once an order confirmation email has been sent, returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons of personal preference cannot be accepted. This does not apply if the item is defective, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if a cancellation is approved through the prescribed procedure.

Article 4 (Shipping Fees)

Shipping fees are as stated on the Service's website and at the time your order is confirmed, and are, as a rule, borne by the customer. Fees may vary due to events, campaigns or the characteristics of the item.

Article 5 (Payment Methods)

You may pay by credit card or QR code payment.

When paying, you are subject to the terms of your separate agreement with your credit card company.

Any issue arising with a third party such as a credit card company shall be resolved between the parties concerned, and the Service shall bear no responsibility.

Article 6 (Copyright)

Reproducing, copying or transferring the content, text and images on the Site without permission is prohibited.

If any problem arises from a violation of these Terms, the user shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Service.

Article 7 (Management of Information)

As a rule, information disclosed by users when purchasing or registering, and when subsequently updating that information, will not be disclosed to third parties without the user's prior consent. Such information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, the Service may disclose such information without the user's prior consent in the following cases:
