In our atelier, housed in a Kanazawa townhouse with over 150 years of history, we take heirloom kimonos, carefully unstitch them, and tailor them into clothing and accessories that fit seamlessly into modern life.

From this place where Japanese traditions like the tea ceremony still thrive and kimonos have been worn for generations, we share our work with Japan and the rest of the world.

By weaving the colors, patterns, and history lingering in the fabric into the future,
we bring the kimono back into everyday life.
